My name is Yvonne Berkien

I am the founder of YB Motive and work as an Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer and Senior HR Professional. Working in those three areas gives me great insight into the behaviour of people.

I love to support others in bringing out the best of themselves, in alignment with their passion and strengths.
